All sales are final. If you receive a defective item, please email a photo of the it along with your order number to contact@grindhardplumbingco.com and we'll make it right.

If you need to cancel or change your order, shoot us an email with your order number at contact@grindhardplumbingco.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, it's not possible to modify an order

Orders ship within 5 days of being placed. They usually arrive within 5 days after that in the US or within 4-6 weeks everywhere else. We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. During giveaway times, processing might take a bit longer

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
